Processes Risk Analysis is the software to perform the risk analysis of business processes, an activity essential in companies and in some cases required such as in ISO 9001.
The software allows you to:
_ Make a risk assessment of each process
_ Identify the critical aspects for each process and receive directions to improve the process
_ Define an index of efficiency of the process in order to automate the periodic evaluation
1) Make a risk assessment of each process
In this section the user can calculate the level of risk for each process for any risks.
You select the process, register the type of risk, any preventive measures.
The software allows you to calculate the level of risk according to this scheme:
_ Level of probability x damage level = level of risk
The algorithm considers four levels of probability and 4 levels of damage: the user can change the descriptions of the items.
2-3) Identifythe critical aspects for each process and receive directions to improve the process
For each process the user can make a check-up evaluation in response to a specific check list allowing you to identify the critical points and their corrective measures and the level of efficiency.
